Checked the EGR and it looks fine. Could it be the DPFE sensor?

do you mean p0401? p0104 doesn't exist. if you do i would use a vacuum pump on the egr valve vacuum port and see if the engine runs bad or stalls running with vacuum applied. if it doesn't then the intake is clogged with carbon and will need cleaned. if it does then most likely it's a dpfe sensor or one of the silicone hoses going to it.
