The bracket isn't the only part of the equation. The SC pulley and idler pulley also come into play. My Reichard pulley is a little off from what the Vortech one was at. I've seen my fair share of SS brackets and I haven't seen any reason to question those.

When I say "brackets worked over" I mean pullies aligned properly and other tweaking. Some people change their location of the idler pulley to help decrease/eliminate belt slip with higher psi setups. I'm sure this is nothing new.

The 94-95 brackets present a challenge as the extra mounting post interferes with the original idler pulley mounting location. These brackets just need the pulley mounted in a different location to get maximum belt wrap. It gets tricky as if you look at the picture above, the belt coming back around the back side of the SC pulley is only a couple mm away from touching the belt coming off the idler pulley. Boost/pulley size can play a major factor when looking to relocate the idler pulley.

What I did above was drill and tap threads in the bracket itself. I cannot get anymore belt wrap withough having the belt touch itself.

its funny how people are more than capable to make a bracket themselves by taking measurements and decide to go that route to get more self satisfaction out of it when it is done than if the said person was to overpay to rent a bracket to copy it

I don't understand the message you are trying to send, especially since I never talked to you after my post and never gave you a price for anything.

It's easier to have the original bracket in hand because you can shop around to have an extra one made for around $100, just like you can have the pipes made for $150. If you don't have the originals, you are now paying for the final product and the cost of trial and error which can get expensive. Been there, done that.
