I believe you would also need to replace the struts too with sarc struts. There may be some issues with the speedometer, but I'm not 100% sure.

99's already have the computer, to control the power steering. it should be in the trunk on the passenger side, near the back seat. but you would need struts, however im not sure if all of the wiring loom is still there.

JSIL1:
Does anyone know if it is possible/pratical to take a computer out of a 98 to give the 99's SARC ability?

Thanks
We own a 99 and a 96. Suspension wise, I think I like the 99 a bit better. I know I certainyl wouldn't spend the time and money to put SARC on the '99. Really upgrade the rear sway bar to a 23 or 26 mm (I use the 26 on the 99), add a FSTB, and consider upgrading the Front sway bar as well.

Actually, I find it rather nice being able to change the car's characteristics on-the-fly. It makes a huge improvment with the 26mm RSB, flip a switch and you have an extra 10-15 mph through a long sweeper.

I agree. And it is handy to be able to use the softer system of the SARC working when hauling passengers over rough roads and such, though with my current tires, the compliiance is pretty low so it is fairly rough no matter what I do. It gets better when I switch to the winter tires with the much higher sidewalls.
