I live here in nothern PA where salt is rampet in the winter. Well today i was changing rear struts and low and behold i break the pinch bolt, and a bolt holding one of the suspension arms. But now i wanna kick myself cuz soon as i had a buddy help i wouldn't have needed to take the one off. But now i am up a creek without a paddle for a few days. And my one question here is i need to take the strut mount off, i think a crows foot will work. Has anyone had experience with this and is able to suggest a tool to take it apart?

Do you mean the bearing plate? The mount should just pop off. The bearing plate that usually lodges itself in the spring just needs to be banged out. If you destroy it you can always replace it for 25 bucks.

Hold one side of the spring, and bang it out with a hammer.
