Running rough

The car is equipped with a tweecer. The car runs rough in lower RPMs. It wont idle on its own. I have to hold the gas to keep it running.
It feels like the motor is running smooth when you hold the RPM's high but once you get below 1500 RPMs it bogs, and eventually dies (2-3 seconds)
I pulled thes and with the tweecer off I get - 15, 24, 31, 67, 82, 84.
With the tweecer on the assumed proper position all I get is confusing 51 or 52 and a stored 12 I think again it was confusing. During the stored codes it flashed three times, flash short pause, flash, short pause, and flash.

Any help would be awesome.

I was missing some intake manifold bolts. We were taking it on/off so much I snuged 4 bolts and forgot the others. I tightened the others and the car runs good again.

I wouldnt say it easy. Its been one thing after the next. Ive been messing with the car for the past three weeks.
