Rough Idle/no power

Also slow to pull RPM. No CE light, only code I could find now is IAT, so can you clean the ACT sensor? Where is it? I cleaned the IAB, reset the idle as per instructions. It passed the balance test, MAP is correct and is new,O2 sensors, plugs, wires, fuel filter are new. It idles and runs MUCH better than when I got it though, but still no SHO. If you drive it gently you hardley notice, but get on it and it stumbles then catches around 3k, but still no power. You have to put it in a really low gear on any incline. Y pipe and exauhst also new. I checked the best I could for vacum leaks as well. Just wondering what to look for next?

Did you use Motocraft wires. I've heard that if you use aftermarket wires on these engines that they'll fail within months? Thats what it sounds like to me. Hopefully someone else can give you better insight.

Actually I goofed, the plug wires are not new, they are the original with 111k on them. I just found that out from my dad, they only replaced the plugs. Think I just found my problem, thanks for the help guys.
