This is on my '90. Bone stock. 7K on the motorcraft plugs.

Have been experiencing this for a while now. When I start the car in the morning or after not being run for a few hours it idles rough, can't distinctly feel it misfire but it runs rough. Also, as if it were misfiring, it'll have a lack of power. I'm guessing it's some sensor, as it goes away once the car is fully warmed up, but varies from 3/5-15 minutes. Any ideas?

See if you can pull any codes out of it even if you dont have a dummy light on you can sometimes still get codes, Check for vacume leaks and also intake manifold gasket leaks because it might seal up when the heat expands the metal, check your grounds, swap a different idle air control valve, mine was doing a simmilar thing when i had a slight fuel leak and it was loosing pressure I would start the car and I would idle like it had huge cams but it would come right back when it would give her a few revs . Those are the things I would start with other than that im not so sure good luck tracking down the problem you know how fun these cars can be.....
