Road Trip !!

I've been working with Joe on this and I think we have the details all worked out and everyone should all have a good time.

-Saturday June 21-

Meet at Perkins in Hastings around 10am. As usual we will be in the parking lot a little early. ( 1206 Vermillion St, Hastings) Its on the SW corner of hwy 55 and 61

After everyone is done eating we will start the drive to Fountain City, WI. It should be around a 2 hr trip. I was planning to take MN61 south that follows the river. It will be kind of a curvy road for some driving fun!!

In Fountain City we will be going to www.elmersautoandtoymuseum.com
I have been here and it is a private collection of cars and toys that take up a few pole sheds and barns worth of space. They are open from 9am-5pm. It should be $6 to get in
This weekend they will have a salt flat car on display. Go to the webside for details.

After we leave we will take WI35 north which follows the river again to Prescott to the local park for a few pics of everyones car.

At this point it should be around dinner time so we could all go to Muddy Waters bar in town. ( 231 Broad St N, Prescott)

I of course will be going. I also have a friend that wants to go (no SHO) and another couple of friends that will drive seperate. They will have 2 or 3 more SHO's.

Update!!!

I just want to let everone know that the Hastings Bridge will be closed the weekend of the cruise. This is the bridge that crosses the mississippi into hastings on Hwy 61.

Hey, i was in fargo the day after our last meet. I didnt see ya, lol! On the other hand i have been thinking about putting a meet together in Brainard so it is equal distance for you and Chris, the guys from duluth, and all of us down in the south.
