When i turn right at low speeds something makes a bad vibrating feel and sound. It only happenes when i turn the wheel more than 1/2 a turn clockwise. It IS NOT a high pitched vibration(like PS lines) more low, like if my tire was rubbing against something. I looked but didnt see any rub spots on the tire or suspension parts. Any ideas?

Do you hear a whub whub noise coming from the wheels while driving? This is usually proportional to your speed.

To see if it's your wheel bearings, jack up the front end of the car and see if your tires move a little up/down. That usually indicates a bad wheel bearing. Left/right movement means worn outer tie rod ends. If you need a wheel bearing, head over to Autozone and get a new bearing/hub assembly (Timken kit costs about 65 bucks).

I have a weird sound that I traced to the strut mount rubber rubbing the inside of the strut tower. I stacked a washer under each strut bolt to space the rubber away from the tower.

Does the sound happen when it is raining or shortly thereafter? Is it while turning the wheel, or when holding it steady while turning?

It happens while turning the wheel NOT holding it steady. It is only at the end of a right turn. It really sounds like rubber rubing on something.

Yup, drop the RF strut and look at the rubber mount. Mine had started to wear away like an eraser

I dont think that is it because i had those strut spacers installed when i got my eibach/tokico's put on. That fixed a similar problem i had that you just described.

I started getting the sound after I went to the intrax/tokico setup. I have the sound even though I have the nylon recall spacers. I still think it is the problem. Maybe when I moved the strut around to fix alignment issues from lowering, the rubber got close enough to contact the tower. You could try giving the area a good shot of lubricating spray.

Hope you find the cause and the fix soon
Mike
