Replacing Spark plugs/ seals

Well my car misfires a lot, and there is oil in some of the spark plug walls, could the spark tube seals be bad? How do I get the back spark plugs out? Do I have to remove the intake,if i'm doing the tube seals?

Yes, the plug seals are bad and the intake does have to come off to replace them. Here
