I've searched high and low but can not find a guide for how you replace the headlight casings, I bought some brand new sable lights and I'm looking to get them installed without breaking anything. LOL.

Just pull up on the clips. I found grabbing from the side helps. The top of the tabs do tend to brake off.

It looks like it's mounted into this black part behind it, which is screwed into the frame...do i take out the black piece with it? or no?

no you dont, there should be clips right behind the black headlight bezel. Just pull the clips up and the headlight comes out. I used a right angle set of needle nose and it worked great w/o breaking anything.

I know its a lot to ask but does anyone have a picture floating around of what I move? I hear its easy to break something and i don't want to mess it up.

Yes those clips, and the black part stays.

Just pull up. To help you can open them up a little and they will come out easier.

Bent a coat hanger at the ends. Put the ends in the holes. Pull up while spreading the little holes.
