Replacing Blend Door Actuator... HOW BAD?

OKay so the 94 is blowing straight heat all the time, no matter the temperature... HOW bad exactly is the Blend Door actuator job, and who in NE is willing to help? Won't be until springtime most likely, but judging by the amount of money being sunk into this thing, I think it may be kept..
