Is it hard to do? I may be doing this soon if something doesn't check out. Anyone have a write up on how to do this on a 94-95 ATX?

I just removed one from a 94 ATX parts car - engine and components mostly complete - and it took me about 3 hours. I would imagine it would take a little longer to install. If I were you, I would lay it out on the ground to emulate how it goes in the engine compartment and mark each connector as to which component belongs to it. It'll be a lot easier if the intake, battery tray, and air box are removed. Go slow and have the electrical schematics handy just in case. Another thing, get those SHOSoCal members to help you out! :p
