OK, so you've read my post on my tick. I am looking at replacing the engine. I am now trying to decide whether or not to replace the Old 3.0L engine with a 3.2L engine. Is this a complicated procedure? Is there any significant modifications that have to be done? I know that there are some flywheel issues, but is there anyone here that has dome this already? What else would I need from the donor car to make the swap? ie: mounting brackets, wire harnesses? Does anyone have a step by step procedure for this? I am finding a couple of these motors around, but if it is not a big deal to swap in a 3.2, I might as well because it has to be done anyhow. If it is too difficult, then I will just put in another 3.0L. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Since a lot of people these days seem to be using the 3.0L heads, I'd assume a little different procedure. All one must do is bolt up the 3.0 heads, correct? No hacking to be done?

Correct.

And frankly there's not much hacking to get a 3.2L head to fit. Just some material to clear away behind the alt bracket and alt bolt, and 1 hole to drill/tap (2 if you think the coil pack brackets needs all 3 of those 14mm bolts).

Can't stress this enough, the 93-95 blocks are all the same. 3.0L is same as 3.2L. everything fits up the same, there is no difference. they come from the same casting.
