I have an idea/thought but not sure where to begin, or if anyone has ever attempted this before:

I was thinking of the possibility of replacing the Stereo/EATC units with a Car PC.

Guess the first question can this be done?

The EATC works via vacuum lines. Unless your car pc can handle those i dont think it will work.

All you would need to do is swap the vacuum actuators with electromechanical ones from a newer car.
