Replace Main Seals or not?

I was thinking of replacing my Front and Rear Main Seals while I have my engine out...but neither are leaking. I am thinking it might be better to leave them alone?

My record:

replaced a leaking rear main seal on a Fox 5.0 car - still leaks.

replaced a leaking rear main seal on V6 SHO - no leaks

replaced rear main seal with no leaks on boneyard engine I swapped into a Windstar - leaks.

I agree with stephen above, unless you are at a high mileage point.
