As the subject reads, I was wondering if there's an easy way to go about removing the passenger's side vent? My old one broke into pieces, and I'm attempting to install a new one. It looks as though there are several screws that hold the vent to the dash, but I'm not exactly sure how to access them without having to remove that part of the dash?

This is what I did, used brute force. Since the old one is already broken, and wont ever be used again, I broke off all the vent "flaps" so I could reach my hand somewhat in there. Once those were off, I reached in, pulled, tugged and shook until the thing came out.

The new one just slides and clips in...

Hope that helps.

NICE! This is exactly where I'm at. I'm just worried about breaking the tabs/screws that hold the vent in there snugly. Screw it though cuz I'm sick of looking at it lol :nut:
