Was asking a buddy of mine here in northern Michigan if he knew of an awd dyno closer than Detroit. (He has a Chrysler 300 awd 5.7 with 500+HP) he said Detroit is the closest. But he said he has taken the front driveshaft off his car to dyno it in rwd. Is this something we can do, or will it damage the ptu/ freak out the PCM? If so can we drive it this way (rwd only)?... Could be a lot of fun.

Ummm ... not a good idea with these cars. Good way to void the warranty though.

That's what I thought. My buddy said he removes the front shaft on his 300 every summer. But I think the awd on the SHOs is a bit more advanced than the 300.
