Remote start with a SCT tuner question!

Hey fellas!
I'm getting a remote starter installed by the ford dealership this Monday. I currently have a 3bar 93 Torrie tune installed on the car.
I have no idea if this is a stupid question, so sorry if it is. But does that all work together? I'm under the impression the starter is a of the hard wired variety. So no worries right?

I would return to stock before bringing it to the dealer regardless of what is being done but the remote start and tune should affect each other.
