Anyone tuned with over 25 psi using the SCT X4???

I’m having an issue trying to get my tune to reach the commanded boost level my tuner is inputting. We are not sure if there’s a limit that the ecu will allow for boost. We know the SCT X4 will only read up to 22.47 psi. After that you measure boost through map sensor at wot. The tuner is commanding 28psi but the ecu keeps clipping the boost down to 25psi. I’m running custom turbos and my waste gate is at 65-70 percent at that psi. So there should be 2-3 more psi available. Just wondering if anyone else ran into this issue and how did you fix it. Do you have the preloaded sho tune that comes with the sct x4? Mine didn’t have it and it doesn’t give me the option when I plug into my car. I’m brand new at using tuners.

No I bought my x4 then my tuner emailed the tune to me.

Yeah Gearhead sending me an AO tune but there’s supposed to be one for your car on the sct tuner from them.

There’s a stock tune on it so that you can return the car back to stock if you need to. That’s all I know
