remote door lock for Gen.1?

Does anyone know if it's possible to install remote lock mechanism w/keychain fob from newer Fords? Has anyone done this and if so could you give me any tips on how to do?

I`ve seen kits for under $60 and was thinking about it myself.

Jeremy, where did you see the kits? Do you know anyone who has done this successfully? I emailed rickiefrat about a few things and he said he tried and couldn't get it to work and advised aftermarket alarm system to get the desired results. I'd love a factory plug in solution.
