rear wheel housing mods

Everyone knows that taurus have a problem with rust on rear wheel housing. So I think it's necessary to make the same plastic housing like we have in front. May be someone has an experience?

I think the best solution would be to powder or rhino line the inner side of the sheet metal.

i used the duplicolor roll on bedliner in the wheel wells of my 93. but, then again, i dont drive it in the winter right now, and its a florida car. therefore i cant tell if it will work or not.
