Does anyone have tips for replacing and/or removal of one? I have to do one ASAP because it sucks on the highway. Sort of the full story here....

As in remove the interior trim around the window and take off nuts? God I hope it's that easy.

Well, it's sort of that easy. They use a heavy black mastic compound to seal out the weather. Kind of a pain to get the window free from its' grip. A very thin new putty knife soaked in WD-40 might help with the separation.
