Hey guys just a quick question I’m about to replace my rear shocks since they are leaking but I’m having trouble on which ones to purchase on rock auto. 1 shock has suspension a,b,e and the other one says suspension c and I’m just confused on which ones to buy.

I've had good experiences with Rockauto. If you just call them, they'll take care of you. I've had similar issue as yours with my LS460.....lots of parts for different optioned cars.

I just had a quick look and don't see what you did. You're offered 3 choices for "original ride quality" and one for "heavy duty". For OE, you have PP (KYB) and Motorcraft for red calipered cars and Motorcraft for non red calipered cars.

Also, when you decide to buy, look for online discount coupons/codes. I've saved a lot of $$that way.

I like rockauto as well unless I need something quick I go to the dealer. But I posted a pic for what I see. I saw the 2013’s with painted and non painted but the 2013’s don’t fit on the 2010’s I’ve heard. M

I had that same question some time ago. Went to the dealer, parts department and asked them to look up my VIN number and tell me. Mine is D.

Call RockAuto? They don't take calls. ALL customer service is through on line forms. I stop using them when they screwed up my order and there was no good way to straighten it out. Too bad, I used them a lot.

I have been told one of my rear shocks is leaking - looking to do this replacement myself. Is it really as easy as the service manual makes it look? I searched around on YouTube, and there isn't a video to be had about it. No posts here with process.
