No..not me...but the SHO!

It is normal for GenIIs to look like the rear is sitting lower then the front of the car? W/o people of heavy things in the back/trunk I'm talking about. Not too sure how old the rear springs are.

Thanks,
Mike

It is a common thing on the Gen I - Gen II Tauri to get saggy rear's. The springs wear out. Replace them with some MOOG Cargo Coils - and it will look and ride good as new.

Some Gen III's are starting to do it...from what I am seeing.

If you have stock springs its the norm, I lowered my car so you cant tell anymore. If you want to keep the car at stock rideheight, replace the springs. Be sure to check all the other suspension components while you are in there.

Thanks guy...appreciate the info.
Can the springs be replaced pretty easily or should I just take it to a shop?

LOL, I was thinking the same thing, it looks like its sagging in the rear but from a distance the car looks level. P. S. the rear wheel wells come down more than the front on Taurii and Sables. Also, on Sables there curve in front and go straight across in the back.

ya i think its partly an illusion caused by the different hights of the wheel wells/ fenders. I've got brand new struts/springs in back and in the right situation the car still looks like its saggin.
