This is the first car I have had that the rear defroster takes forever to clear. I get up on a cool morning, hit the rear defroster and drive to work 5 miles. The rear defroster has barely made a dent in the lines? Are they weak in this car or do I need this checked?

Works fast on my Edge and in my prev SHOs. But sloooow on the Fusion.

Would have it checked anyway. A fuse replacement may or may not be the answer. A resistance check should identify any issues.

I would say that a volt drop reading would be more efective than a resistance reading. Only takes one strand of a wire to ohm good.

My 2011 SHO was pretty fast but my 2016 is noticeably slower.
