Rear Brake Question

ok...I have replaced the pads, rotors, brake hoses, calipers and regrease the slider pins. While doing this I noticed the driver side emergency brake cable was froze. I disconntected it for the time being. I though with everything replaced I would be ok. I noticed at slow speeds I am still hearing a rubbing/grinding sound coming from the right rear. I thought maybe the emergency brake cable on this side was sticking so I disconnected it also. I am still getting a rubbing/grinding sound sometimes at low speed and I noticed it when I pull into my drive way. Any ideas on what it might be? :confused: How hard is it to replace both emergency brake cables?

Bad bearings maybe?? Time to get under and have a good look. Does the rotor clear the caliper bracket? The brakes will drag a little bit, some light scraping, but no growling or grinding noises.
