Well, I got SHOwagon's subframe back in. The trans mount I got from rock auto was jacked up so I had to use the original (that took me 2 hours to figure out - rock's transmount had misaligned bolt holes. Anyway, I have it mounted on aluminum SFBs, engine bolted in, rack bolted on along with swaybar. How do I know it's lined up? I know about the guide holes but the one on the P-side is oblong (on the SF). The other looks ok, but not perfect - do they need to be? The car is also nose high so its hard to get a good angle to look at it.

Use a long 3/4" rod. The frt driver holes should line up so its 90* in 2 directions to the earth. The pass side slot is 90* in just 1 direction. all you can do is compensate if just the frt is up-OR jack up the back so car is level.
