Reading Data from Computer on a 95

I have a mastertech for accessing all types of PCM's, and have been unable to read the data list for the SHO (95, MTX, federal emissions). I know my 93 GL lets me in to do this, and I was wondering if anyone had attempted to connect to the computer at all, and if anyone had any luck in accessing the data list.

I have an Acctron ScanTool for the Ford EEC-IV ($300). Mine reads, resets, whatever the PCM & ABS computers with no problem. I also have a 95 MTX.

Is the connector hooked up correctly? Mine requires both the large connector & the single pin connector to be attached. Perhaps you have a broken wire on the test connector on the firewall?
