It's weird some people get there stuff quickly and other people either don't get there stuff or it takes forever. I only ordered from them once or twice and my parts came pretty quick also but from what I hear about them I am really hesitant to order from them again.
If they would just communicate a little then it wouldn't be so bad but from what I hear they will not respond to an email after payment has been sent, that's not cool. I understand people get busy with life but it only takes a min or two to reply to an email to let a customer know where there parts are.

After you originally ordered did they send you any type of shipping info or confirmation ?

my gas tank came quickly but the straps i ordered were missing and i haven't heard back from them about getting straps or refunding me the money.

I HIGHLY doubt it. I've ordered from them once in the past and there was ZERO communication once they got my money (which seems to be standard operating procedure for RCM).

Anyone who needs cam seals can borrow a set of mine until RCM sends there seals. I have two extra sets, one Fel Pro and one Motorcraft.
