I hate to have to go this route, I try really hard to be patient. However I ordered a bunch of stuff from RCM back in Sept. Most of the stuff has arrived, but I am still waiting on the last of the parts. I have emailed several polite emails asking for an update, and am not getting one on where my springs are.

I think that waiting for this long is getting kinda silly. Does anyone have a phone number so I can call? I can't find one searching on here.

Mark, you need to get in touch with me on where my springs are.

It's ridiculous, but that's how they do business. Almost no one ever gets any communication from them, but stuff always shows up, usually within a few weeks. 2-3 months is def a bit long though.
Did you use paypal? If so, file a dispute if it isn't to late, I've heard that has gotten a response a few times.

What springs did you order?

Definitely file a dispute if you used Paypal. It may start a fire under Russ's ass and get him to send either the parts or a refund. As SHO1 said, it's worked for people in the past.

Check your spam folder and make sure his reply didn't get caught in spam. A few people have had that problem. If there is nothing there, just file a dispute.

I really don't want a refund, i just want the damn springs. I think I used my credit card, and I am not sure if it is too late at this point to dispute or not. I'll have to find out. I'm really getting mad. I've always been dealing with someone there named Mark, is Russ the owner? What is his email and I'll try him.

I have no contact info, sorry. I just always thought the guy's name was Russ. Maybe it's more than a one-man operation...

Did you order Eibachs from him? If so, that might be why it's taking so long. Eibach discontinued their Taurus springs, so he might be trying to source a set for you. I think your only options are to file a dispute (if possible) or keep waiting for them to do something. Unfortunately, this is par for the course with RCM.

Ive dealt with a Russ , a Mark , and last time a David.

I have no clue who's what in that company. You never know who you will get. But one thing is sure , once you passed your order , good luck getting in touch with these guys , no matter who it is.

not eibach. My 95 is a very very late build, and had the tiny sway bars and basic taurus springs. I bought a set of 24 & 26 sway bars, and the firm SHO specific springs, tpr tension rod bushings, and a radiator and temp sender unit. Got everything but the springs. I've emailed several times and nothing. I filed the dispute on paypal, they didn't seem to be much help due to the time frame it has been, so next step is the credit card company. It's really a shame I have to get angry and resort to being a dick to get parts after 3 months. I've bought stuff before, they were slow to get orders filled, but not this bad, and they did ocasionally update me, but this time nothing.

You're not being a dick. RCM is in the wrong here, not you. It's the same story time and time again with them...

No, but you'll have some RCM nutswingers coming in here saying "you don't know what its like to own a buisness...omgz0rs RMC CAN NEVAH LOOSE".

This is why I will only order from SHOsource, Rock-Auto or source my parts at a local parts store.

You must be one of a very few. Any correspondence from them after an order is placed seems to be extremely rare. They do however seem to be quick to reply when asked asked about something before a sale. Can't remember what about exactly, but I did send a message several years ago and we had a couple emails back and forth, very quick replies, a day or less. Placed an order right after and a couple others since and not once ever received a single bit of communication of any kind, but did receive orders within a week or 2.

been there. Had to wait a few months to get fuel injector o-rings. Also, I ordered some SS brake lines, and ended up getting a duplicate front left line- meaning I had to pay to mail them back the incorrect line and then wait for the correct one to show up. I was supposed to get reimbursed the shipping costs I paid out of pocket but never did, kinda forgot about it. It's not their fault the lines were wrong (they are in a sealed package) but it is kinda crappy their customer service sucks.
