RCM Order

I placed an order last week for some parts from RCM. After mentioning that here on the forum, I was told that was a mistake and that RCM has poor service and long wait times.

I am pleased to say that I am more than satisfied with my RCM experiance. I was sent an e-mail letting me know that the order had shipped, along with the USPS confirmation number. Today, the parts arrived. Everything was packaged very well and was exactly what I ordered.

So here's a positive for RCM.

i too had great dealings with RCM. not the best communication through email but the parts still arived ahead of schedule and packaged very well not to mention cheaper than any other alternative. thanks rcm
