i never recieved my parts last time i ordered from rcm they arrived with in the week but on the 18th i ordered a clutch and rear main and its been 2 weeks and nothing not even a tracking number is there any way i can contact them i sent 3 emails to [email protected] and no responce and one to [email protected] help if i dont get those parts its 500 down the drain

i not trying to dis him or nothing its just its my only car cause my truck just threw a rod and i cant drive my Taurus when she leaking 2 quarts to 17 miles so ive just been a lil P.O.ed lately and last time i ordered from him it was there with in the week but if yall say ill get them so ill just shut up and wait

yeah... i'm in the same boat. i'm at about 3 weeks on my order now but i lost track after 2. they need to work on their customer service and communication skills.

Go elsewhere. But receiving a refund might be hard since he never answers his email.

I would guess that clutch and certain other parts aren't in stock at RCM and they have to either drop ship or get one delivered and then ship it out. I've even seen the bigger parts discount outfits have shipping delays because they offer better pricing with volume purchasing which they sometimes have to wait for multiple orders before they submit to the mfg.

A nice email saying "Your parts are on order and are expected to arrive on xx day and will be shipped on xx day and should arrive to you on xx day. I'm sorry for any troubles this might have caused your..... etc." I plan on using RCM when i need to do my 60k before the convention, and i hope that i will get the parts so i don't MISS the convention..

Just order everything 6 months in advance and you should be fine......

You guys are crazy. I order from Rockauto, SHOsource and of course NESHO. I ordered some of the same parts people are waiting for from RCM from Rockauto and had them, with regular shipping, within 2 days. I get an email confirmation on parts ordered, I get an email notice on shipping and I get an email address that is answered for questions. As well as a readily available phone number. Never have to come here wondering where my parts are and with the discount codes, pay less. Not a glutton for punishment like some here seem to be.
