I cut out the rear deck of my 93 a while back and installed a board with 2 6x9's with a box attached and a 10" audiobahn sub. My problem is that the rear seat belts rattle. The part rattling is attached to the deck. How can I eliminate this rattling? I tried to insulate the board with foam pipe insulation all the way around and everywhere the board is bolted, there's rubber. The setup doesn't rattle going over bumps, just from the power created by the sub. The box is also sealed. Would it be beneficial to port the box?

I doubt prting the box would stop the rattling, I would try some type of silocone directly where the seat belt attaches to the rear deck and see if that helps. Just my 2 cents.
