I have a 92 SHO MTX with a catless Y-pipe and a 2.5" straight pipe with Borla mufflers the car sounds good when start and idle but soon as I floor it, it get's real loud and raspy. I'm not liking the raspy sound it kinda sound like a Honda almost and I definitely can't have that ...does anyone have a solution to this ???

Sounds like you need a resonator

Do a search on "rasp" or "resonator"to see what others have done

Uh yeah. The car comes stock with cats, resonator, and mufflers. You only have fairly open mufflers. So you have to add stuff to quiet it down.
