Ramdom Stalling

My 91 SHO is totally stock. It has approx. 195K on the 3.0L. The car runs strong and smooth, but has developed a random stall problem. It usually occurs when accellerating from a stopped condition. Sometimes it won't start right away after the stall. It can take up to 5 mins. then start right up with no hesitation. I ran the KOEO test with codes of 67 and 14. The KOER test was an 11 so no problem there. I replaced the ignition module and cleared the codes and ran the tests again with 11's on both. The next day it stalled again and the same codes were present.

any ideas?

Sounds like it could be your CPS. When my CPS went the car would stall(tach drop to zero). After that when the car cooled down 10-20 mins later it would start again. It dowsn't always throw a code. burnout
