Has anybody asked the kid to ask his Dad if the body kit is 'glass or urethane? (oh yeah, I went there...ROFL)

Has anyone ever bought that Andy's Autosports kit for the Gen III? $719 for the whole kit doesn't sound that bad compared to the numbers thrown around for the allegedly bogus Rage kit knock off. I think the Andy's kit is glass though?

Wow, really like the black interior also. The car looks pretty good but up close that front looks hollow, like it is missing an under body panel or something. Were those rectangular things below the front bumper supposed to be some kind of light, like a turn signal or something?

It ended w/o selling. There was 12 offers on the 2nd auction and 4 on the 1st. Not one single offer was responded to, just let them all expire at end of their 48hr time limit, even the best one of $15,100. Havn't heard anything since it ended about what he's doing w/car now, been about 2 weeks, I think.

Just to rehash something a little different on this is. The black interior. It was not offered in 99. What about 96-98? I like it!!!

The interior was re-wrapped. Wasn't an option on the Gen 3's.

That car may be "expensive for a Taurus", but weren't Gen III SHOs around 30k new? And this one has under 4000 miles, with a totally unique cosmetic package? Sounds like a good deal to me. If that body kit was reproduced, I would seriously consider getting my own Gen III just to put it on.
