I bet they are looking for an electronic serial number?

I think it displayed if you tune to channel 0.

I got the same promo in the mail. I found the radio serial number somewhere in the head unit settings. Can’t remember exactly where, pushed a bunch and buttons and found it lol

Yeah, on some of the Ford units, tuning to channel 0 or 1 does not get you the radio code - you need to press MENU and then SYSTEM INFO or something similar, since it changed a little year to year...

Put all your MP3's on a thumb drive and plug it into the usb in the center console. Only downside to that is you can only have 255 songs in each folder. I have over 3K songs on my drive, haven't heard the same song in 3 months now.

As said ESN for Sirius. If you threaten to cancel near the end of the subscription they will offer you a better deal. I refuse to pay the $15(?) full price and will usually pay 3-6 months in advance for a much reduced rate. Once I forgot to set a reminder and was billed at full price but they corrected once I called.

I have a USB thumb drive as well which works fine.

I've found no other source of music that sounds worse than Sirius or XM. Terrible bit rate, highly compressed junk.

If you've listened to a high quality version of a song you know well a whole bunch of times in the car (say from a thumbdrive with a 320K bitrate), then hear it on Sirius- it's amazing how bad the satellite sound is.

Agreed. I'm not sure the bitrate but it is highly compress and can be heard more sometimes than others. At $5 a month it's worth the extra content. I have a thumb drive that with a minimum 320K bitrate as well.

8-tracks are awesome and with the huge trunk of the SHO, you can get like 200 songs in there!
Will I need softer spring/shocks to install THIS in my SHO? Vinyl is making a comeback!

15 06 03 HDB Philips 01s

I dropped my Sirius/XM subscription this year, after 14 years, in favor of a USB drive.
