What is leaking? It is an electric unit. If anything is leaking, it would need the unit replaced. There is no power steering fluid or gear box with fluid that is replaceable. I would be curious if something else is leaking onto the rack and pinion.
My ford dealer send me this

Time for another dealer. the only thing they are right about is the "leaking ON rh boot" there isn't anything replaceable to leak FROM the boot. I would see what another service center says.
