It looks pretty thorough, but you should dig deeper into the 60K done by Ford at ~90K and make sure that the timing belt was replaced and the valves were adjusted as part of that service since those are probably the two most critical parts of the 60K.
If they were, you're all set until about 120K when you'll be due for new plugs (and I'd recommend new wires if the ones on there now are original). I'd recommend another tranny service at 120K also. The service interval is every 30K, but it looks like yours has been done more like every 40-50K.
Last, you might want to consider having the cooling system flushed & filled at the start of winter since it looks like your coolant will be 2 years old this coming January, and coolant starts breaking down with age.
Keep up with oil changes, etc. and address any repairs as soon after they come up as possible and your SHO should give you several years of reliable and relatively low-cost satisfaction! Race it or beat on it and ownership costs will go up significantly. It looks like the previous owner paid perfect attention to this car and you got one of the good ones!
P.S. The only potentially expensive repair you might be faced with unexpectedly in the future could be a tranny failure, but looking at the maintenance and care the car has enjoyed including regular tranny service I wouldn't worry about it too much.
