KOEO Test
22 - BP out of self-test range
24 - ACT sensor out of range

KOER
22 - BP out of self-test range
41 - HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean (rear)
91 - No HEGO switching deteched (front)

I know that code 22 and 24, I have to replace the BP sensor and the ACT in the air filter box

What about 41 and 91? Do i have to replace both of O2 sensors? i haven't tried to test the O2 sensors with the torch and ommeter yet, but i have a feeling that i am going to have to replace them

edit: forgot to tell its a 90 (codes change from 89 to 91

That's weird that all the codes are air related. Maybe one bad part has triggered all the air related parts. I'll poke around a bit. It seems a bit unusual that all these related parts would fail at the same time.

Did you run the codes when the car was cold or up to normal operating temp?

I would replace the ACT sensor and BP sensor and let the engine try out the new parts. The problem with these two sensors could have been the cause of the lean condition on both sensors. If your sensors are more than 60,000 miles old, you should replace them anyway.
