All of these parts were installed, and the vehicle was driven around a parking lot for the test run, at that point the steering gear failed, and the master cylinder failed, along with a slew of other ‘minor’ failures. Since I do not have access to a shop 24/7, and live in an apt. I decided to scrap this car. All of these parts have less than 1 mile on them.

9 ¾” Carbon fiber puck (flywheel side) Organic (bellhousing side) Centerforce dual friction clutch, she boasts 90% more holding power than the stock Valeo Clutch. Centerforce uses a remanufactured Valeo pressure plate, with much better straps, and rivets. So you will still have the stock pedal feel.

As you can see, all of the red compound is still there, and this clutch is nowhere near its 500 mile break in!

Currently $711.75 through Centerforce’s website:
http://www.centerforce.com/clutches...ep3&carmake=FORD&carmodel=TAURUS&caryear=1991
$500 shipped to your door. (ConUS)

Also includes the Centerforce alignment tool (free)

9 lb Fidanza Flywheel - CNC machined out of 6061 Aluminum.

I put the dowels in the wrong holes here for the Centerforce clutch, so I dremeled them undercut, and had the flywheel rebalanced.

$220 shipped to your door. (ConUS)

For $700 you can have both shipped.

2 Inner, and 2 Outer Moog Tie rod ends. These were never installed, from Rockauto:

75 dollars shipped ConUS

Last but not least, is my mirror finished Quaife differential. She comes with brand new bearings from rockauto, but not with the bearing’s cups. Those are still in the transmission case.

The drive side teeth of the ring gear were mirror finished by hand using Norton mold / die polishing stones, and 4 different grits of diamond paste, with an ultimate polish of .3 micron sapphire powder.

The internal gears of the Quaife were also finished using just the four grits of dimond paste, and the .3 micron sapphire powder. Since the finish was already very fine from the factory.

This Quaife never had her registration card filled out, and so she carries no warranty. She has been driven less than a mile, and is in pristine condition.

The Ring gear is mounted using the HD bolts from shonut.

The mirror finishing alone took me some 60 hours for the Quaife internal gears, and over 100 for the ring gear itself. It was done painstakingly, and very carefully. It was not done to bring the surface of the gear teeth ‘true’ as that would have required much more elbow grease, and most critically would have meant undercutting the surface by many tenths. Instead I did this work with an eye towards removing the tips of the asperities, so as to make the teeth as smooth as possible, without throwing the gears out of spec…Over a thousand qtips were used.

Here are some close ups of the polishing work:

$1200 shipped to your door (ConUS)

Shipping will be via USPS. If you need a different carrier, or you are outside of the Continental U.S. email me first, and we may be able to work something out.

Payment can be through with a non cc Paypal account, or checks / money orders are fine. I will do my best to ship the items within 2 business days of payment clearing. I still have to find boxes, and packaging for this stuff.

Yea it is!

The other SHO (not in pic is green) it already has a fidanzza, LUK clutch, HD motor mounts, and a few other goodies that would go with it too! Those parts would go perfectly on my red 95, and i would be near complete with it!:) Let me know what you think. Sleep on it!:thumb:

I am sorry, but I am going to have to pass. I still have no place to work on a car for major 'ford' repairs. Which is unfortunately why I had to scrap her in the first place. So I still want to sell everything, now if you want to trade for computer parts, or guns, let me know. :dribble:

When I bought the Quaife it came with the card not filled out, and you only have 30 days to fill it out from the original purchase date.

If it had the warranty opening it up would have voided it I believe.
