Hi all,

I am having a slight issue with my recently purchased 95 w/ atx. When I bought the car about a month ago I noticed the steering wheel was turned to the left a few inches while going straight down the road. The car drove straight down the road even though the wheel is turned. Now the car is pulling to the left and has a slight vibration around 65 or 70 and the drivers tire is wearing on the inside. I think it needs an alignment but the passenger tire is not wearing. Anyone have any ideas if it could be something besides the alignment?

Best bet would be to have the car aligned (and tires balanced), and have the alignment shop inspect your suspension/steering components.

It's not uncommon for only one tire to wear improperly when a car is out of alignment. The pulling could be related to one tire being worn, even if the car is in perfect alignment, although any shop worth its salt should have centered the steering wheel as part of the service.
