Pulling left/Pulling Right

So got my car back finally. New Reman Motor, engine mounts, colder plugs, new fuel injectors (motorcraft only of course). When getting on the gas it pulls hard left then when you let off it pulls hard right. Almost like a traction control problem or something, wheel bearings? Also the new motor is louder and way under powered. Must be a boost leak.

No one has had any kind of similar issues? It isnt torque steer, I know what that is with having owned several ST's. Shop has it now so probably get worked out but thought someone on here has had this issue at some point or another....?
