I believe mine has the tube although I haven't looked too closely. I know it has the temp sensor in the fill hole as it is a PP. I was planning on filling through the vent tube. I've seen videos of it done on my year/model/PP it looks like a few hours the first time and hopefully progressively easier going forward.

It takes forever but works.
