Im droping in a fully rebuilt motor tomorrow, and am looking for tips on how to break it in. It break in the cams, run it for 20-30 mins @ 2000 or 3000? I know there are varying opinions, but once the cams are broken in, should I just drive like normal or take it easy for a while? I want the rings to seat correctly. It will be tuned with a tweecer RT after break-in. Thanks for any tips.

Just off the top of my head...

Fill with oil
Remove spark plugs
Crank until you have oil pressure
Replace spark plugs (by removing the spark plugs no pressure can build up in the cylinders, so no load is put on the nearly dry bearings)
Start engine, rev to 2k-3k RPM for 30 minutes
Stop engine, change the oil
Start engine, drive normally (below 4k rpm) for about 30 miles?
Change oil
Drive for 500 miles
Change oil
Engine is broken in, you may switch to synthetic.

That's just a general guide, not SHO specific, but it'll be very close to that.

Here's an interesting guide to engine break-in, your choice of whether to take his advice or not... http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm

Sounds like you have the idea. Break in rpm's normally depend on who you talk to but as long as you vary them between the 2000-3000 range you should be fine. DRAIN THE OIL AFTERWARDS though! Same with the driving...depends on who you talk to. Some say take it easy, others say to "break that puppy in". I personally would drive it like you would normally.
