Stupid me, I brought my car to a Prolube to get a simple oil change. The idiots working there took an hour to change the oil and they were working on it the whole time. I get the car and, being cautious as I am, I checked the oil level. It came up short. I was right outside of the place and I brought it back to them. Turns out, they put 4.5 Q of oil because they said it was the same engine block as the regular 3.0 taurus, 
yeah - belive it or not. This wasn't the only time it has happened. Another QuickLube I brought it too did the same thing with the oil. That place also attempted to throw out my K&N because it was "too dirty". What kind of morons work at these places, do they have high school diplomas?
Ahh, I feel better after ranting. I think I will change my own oil and do the maintenance myself since I can't trust a place to do a simple oil change.
