That first plug isn't connected to anything on the 95. I know you said you have your butterfly's connected, but that second plug sure looks like it belongs to the butterfly's. The wire colors for the connector going to the butterfly's is red and green/black stripe. You might want to check the wire colors to that plug and wire colors going to your butterfly's in case you got something else jammed in there by mistake.

The motor that came from the car, was it a 3.2 and are you putting in a 3.0? Because from what I'm seeing in the last picture, these plugins look like they can be for the EGR.

The second one IS for the connector on the heater hose...I know because it was the one connector I missed when dropping the subframe
You sir, are correct. The sensor was turned 90 toward the firewall compared to the 3.0L so it was difficult to spot and connect to.

Well, I spent the day replacing my tired rear struts and broken springs. I had to remove the rear package tray to get at the bolts so I took advantage and swapped some black interior pieces.
Al went well until I broke a pinch bolt. All in it took me 7 hours from start to finish. Thanks to shobote for some tips on making it easier. http://www.shoforum.com/showthread.php?t=123399

It has been almost a year since my last post. The car has been off the road since December 2013 due to a minor bumper ****.
I finally got it all fixed up then just in time for the cold weather my heater core took a crap.
Today I decided it was time to fix the heater core. Since I have to pull the dash, I will also be swapping in my black one that has been waiting for 3 years to be installed. I will also be swapping in the black carpet, console and trim that hasn't already been done.
Here are some progress pics. Not bad for 4 hours work.

Here is where I am at now.
Dash out via harness through the firewall.
All that is left is to remove the Heater/ac box, swap in the new heater core, replace the Blend door actuator and put it back to gether.

I spent an hour and a half contorting my body and selecting strange combinations of sockets to remove the heater box. Thanks Ford for making what should be a simple repair a full blown ordeal.
Now to source a new Ford blend door actuator and blower motor. I do not ever want to do this again.

I spent a good 3 hours swapping the dash harness to my black dash. The wife was not too pleased with me taking over the kitchen & living room to perform the task.

I was back at it last nite repairing some wiring for my remote starter and putting the dash back together.
I found a random grey plug behind the automatic headlight controller and I have no idea where it belongs. the headlight switch and light ar in there place and the rear defrost is in its place.
I believe it is part of the small harness that goes to the relays next to the radio compartment, but I may be wrong.
Any ideas?
