I have just replaced my alt and batt. but I am still running out of juice. I am able to run my electical devices (radio, heater, lights) until the batt. runs dry. I thought it was the alt. so I replaced it and I still am having problems can anyone help..

What's the voltage reading on your battery? You can have the alternator tested for free at pretty much any auto parts stores while it's installed on the car to see if it's output is what it should be. If the alternator is putting out as it should be, it could be your battery. If they are continually drained it tends to be very ******* them.

Oh, and moving to the maintenance and trouble shooting section. :thumb:

Could be the small wires at the alternator or blown fuse links. See if there is continuity between the alternator output wire and the battery to test the fuse links.

with the key on the 2 wires that plug into your alt should have battery voltage so should the B+ (the thick black with orange stripe). or it could just be a fuse.
