problem removing altenator

93 Show Automatic 3.2:
I removed 3-14mm bolts but the 4 one seems 2 be blocked by the idler pulley do I need to remove the idler pulley in order to get to this bolt? Am i missing something? Thanks for the help..

Yep, remove the idler pulley. It should lift right out then.

yey and make sure you don't loose the backing thingamabober I think correct terminology would be spacer.
